The Next Up Youth Network was founded by Eric Hurst, a passionate advocate for community empowerment and educational equity. With over 23 years of experience working in the education sector, Eric has dedicated his career to supporting families and building strong school-community partnerships.
As a skilled community liaison, Mr. Hurst has played a pivotal role in creating and sustaining active PTAs, connecting hundreds of families to vital life-sustaining resources. His expertise in restorative practices has allowed him to establish successful All Pro Dad programs in two different school districts, fostering meaningful connections between fathers and their children.
